There are several network shares with different permissions depend on the office location. If you are a zia staff you will be using one or more.

How to map a network drive (Windows XP/2000):

• Open My Computer or Windows Explorer
• From the Tools menu, click Map Network Drive…
  
  
  
•  A new Map Network Drive window opens
  
  
  
• In the Map Network Drive window, choose an available drive letter (for conventions: use letters assigned for different offices -see below-)
• Type the name of the share -folder- to map
• Click the "Reconnect at login" checkbox if  not checked
• Click Finish
• Enter your username and password in the windows prompt

• Las Cruces Shares:
  - Projects: use Drive letter N
   Folder: \\zia-domain-1\projects
  
  -Users: use Drive letter U
   Folder: \\zia-domain-1\users
  
  -Note: Contact IT support for other shares
  
  
• Albq Shares:
  - Projects: use Drive letter Z 
  Folder: \\alb-domain\projects
  
  - Users: use Drive letter Y
  Folder: \\alb-domain\users
