How to fill a Web Timesheet -Remote users
only-

- Login using your user name and password( contact Rosie
if you don’t have one yet) (I am login as Shirley in this example) You get into
a screen like this:


- Adjust the beginning date if necessary Note the time sheet number. for our example
(it is 140)
Usually the system will start new time sheet (but you can navigate back
and forth if you have time sheets in there already)

Click on the “+” “TO THE RIGHT”
sign to add a row for your time sheet.

Put your curser in the project field and then:
Hit (F2)
to search the projects You will get to another window like this:

- Select the project Point your mouse curser to the phase and hit F2 again to search
the phases

- Do the same thing with labor code
- Now start putting your hours in the left side in the same row -main window-
- Add rows as you work in projects
- Save time sheet using the save button on the top right side

- Submit your timesheet when you are done by clicking on the arrow.
Note that Sheet Status will change from Editable
to Submitted

- You can add new time sheet, or copy it for next week use - this will save you time
especially if you are working on the same projects-
- Other options are: delete one row, the whole timesheet or print
it
- Point to each button and you will get a screen tool tip for its function
- Contact Rosie or Fuad if you
have problems.
- Accounting issues would be directed to Rosie ext:708
- tech problems would would be directed to Fuad, ext: 743.
- Trouble Shooting & common problems:
- If you don't see a project No. in, then contact Rosie to put it in
- You can't view any reports online, those tabs are just there, So don't try.
- If you got a blank window when you click on something, just close it and try again
- Make Sure to use F2 for looking up projects and labor codes...etc. the mouse won't
work
- Some projects require you to put comments
